Default File Uploading

One of my clients is a small printer who really needs a web-page file upload facility. I see it done a number of places.

I found a number of sites with seemingly appropriate packages, but I don't have enough ASP or COM or .NET experience to get any of them working. I am looking either for a good cookbook or someone who can add this to my cleint's site for a reasonable price.

I just checked with the web hosting company. I can add simple ftp upload for $3/month, but I am afraid that most users would freak out if they were told to browse to ftp.xyz.com and then drag a file to that window.

Thoughts? Suggestions?
