Default If you missed Macintouch today . . .

They suffered from a power outage. I visit Macintouch every day so was shocked to get a timeout not just first thing this morning but repeatedly during the day. But around dinnertime (EDT) they posted this notice:
Note to Readers:

With the most impeccable timing (in accordance with Murphy's Law), we lost our high-speed Internet circuit very early this morning, taking the MacInTouch web site offline. Our apologies for the interruption (which we did everything possible to resolve quickly). The fault appeared in Verizon's "local loop" wiring, due to extremely wet weather in recent weeks, and it took all day to clean up the electrical mess.

Whew. That’s all I can say. Can’t get by without my daily dose of Macintouch!
