Default PageMaker 6.5x under VISTA?

Yes, I'm mad, but that's the result of a lot of hard labor by a lot of people over the years. <G>

So I'm trying to install PageMaker 6.51 under Vista Ultimate, for legacy access if nothing else.

I got it to INSTALL by setting legacy mode, and running the SETUP.EXE from within the PM folder on the CD itself, not using the autorun, but PM doesn't want to recognize the newfangled system printers and doesn't want to use it's own older drivers, catch-22.

Am I missing something about setting up PM651 printer drivers? Or does anyone have a way to make PM651 actually PRINT from under Vista?

The Vista system printer is an HP 5MP, by the way, which is supported by the OS and was supported in PM651 as well. Still no joy.
