Default Problem installing Adobe Photoshop CS3

That, in default of parraître idiot, I have a little help please. In fact, I have a problem with Photoshop CS3 ... When I start the installation, everything goes smoothly until a window opens named "Adobe Photoshop CS3 setup" at the first phase, "System Check", it tells me this:
"Can not continue installation UNTIL THE FOLLOWING applications are closed:
. Firefox.exe
. Internet Explorer
Specifically I know what that means but technically, I do not see at all where does the problem as firefox or IE are closed at the time of installation Please help me
