Default Ventura Publisher - Unused Fonts

I have an ancient document in Ventura. Every time I open it, I am asked about fonts that I know are not in the current version of the document. Does anyone recall a way to excise the remnants?

If you go under Publication Properties, there is button that says "Update Font List." Did you click on that? It should do the trick. Also make sure that you don't have the option of Embedding Fonts using Bitstream True Doc checked.
