Giannis —

Today’s New York Times Business section has an article — “Turn Those Bytes into Books” — that might interest you.

It is about the Blurb web site (whose slogan is “Real books. Made by you.”). This is something like Lulu and other publish-on-demand sites, but seems to place more emphasis on design. You can download free bookmaking software (Mac or PC), browse through existing books produced with the help of the site, and get other information.

I have no idea how this fits into your plans, nor whether you would be committing to more than you want to give up by dealing with them, but it might be worth checking out.
