A friend of mine has a business website. He wants to add an opportunity for customers to add comments about his services. He has found a package for about $40, using PHP and MySQL, but he has not yet bought it, hoping that there might be something cheaper or free he could use without a lot of work.

Also, he has to upgrade his hosting company package, which right now is really cheap, but doesn't include PHP and MySQL. Any ideas?
