Default Typo3

while i tred to acess my typo3 project iam geting an error like
"

The current username, password or host was not accepted when the connection to the database was attempted to be established!"
what might be the reason?
I think some onr can help me

Is this an installation that was previously working properly or a brand new install? I have not used typo3, but in other cms systems the first thing to check would be the configuration file (config.php or something similar) to make sure that the correct db name, password etc are being used. Also check for upgrades to the server, which can cause issues.
