Default Broadvision Quicksilver vs. Arbortext Editor

I've been asked if content created in Broadvision's Quicksilver can be read by Arbortext Editor (used to be Epic Editor) and vice versa.
I'm having a hard time figuring out what exactly Quicksilver does, but I know that Arbortext Editor is an SGML/XML editing tool, which I use daily.

any ideas/info? Thanks!
