I tested a dozen images side by side in iCorrect Professional (now iCorrect Portrait) and iCorrect EditLab Pro. The automated neutral and skin adjusters do not work the same way, and EditLab Pro did worse on all tests but one. OTOH, EditLab Pro has more features. But these are features that are also available in the host application.

That said, a new version of EditLab Pro was announced a few days ago. I don't get the impression that the core adjuster has changed, but I'd have to actually test it.
