Default Acrobat 7 - Manipulating a print button

I have put a print button on the 66th page of a 68 page document. When this button is clicked, it opens a print menu. If the user doesn't know to change the page range, it will default to print out the entire document. I would like to know how to have a print button that either defaults to preselected pages or just prints out these preselected pages without giving them a window?
