Default SEO extension for Firefox

Aaron Wall of SEObook has released a new Firefox extension with a good range of SEO tools, very useful for analysing your own and your competitors' sites. It needs a little configuring but already appears a useful addition to the SEO arsenal, as it puts a lot of manual processes into a single automated tool.
