Default Wireless from Computer to Television?

How could I view my TV screen on my television.

I have an old analog TV hooked up to a cable box. My laptop is Win7 Home Premium. It has bluetooth, and wifi and I'm also willing to buy extra gizmos if needed. What worries me is sometimes my bluetooth mouse goes dead, and so to the other bluetooth mice I have, so I'm worried my bluetooth is not reliable for this.
