I have a simple HTML-based website I wish to keep private by using password protection.
What HTML code can I insert in my index.html file to accomplish this? Is there any freeware software that I could include to make the site even more secure? At this time, I am not interested in using CSS or PHP or anything more advanced than HTML or using any commercial software. I will accept whatever protection HTML or freeware software affords. Thanks. __________________ RJ Emery, Eastern USA WordPerfect 8 User on XP Pro SP3 System OCR ScanSoft PaperPort SE v9 on Brother MFC-8840DN Printer/Scanner/Fax |
