Well...that's a pisser! I didn't have any problem ordering the laptops I've ordered via the business side but that was a few years ago so maybe they've changed their rules--I also ordered online and maybe that made the difference...

Basically, I just said my name was the name of my "business" and I wasn't asked for any sort of business ID. If I were to be asked now, I'd just say the business is in the start-up phase and I don't have an ID...'-}}
