It looked fairly useful to me also but I had no way to test the info. I'm not surprised you found stuff in Task Scheduler because more and more developers stash stuff in TS which is one reason I find AutoRuns to be so useful--specifically the Logon tab which shows everything that loads at boot and the Scheduled Tasks tab which shows crap hiding in the background ready to do stuff behind your back. The tricky bit with Task Scheduler itself is recognizing which option needs to be chosen to stop whatever you want to stop because sometimes "disable" does the stopping and sometimes "enable" does the stopping as it depends on how things are worded so a close reading is needed--I think Microsoft deliberately makes things confusing...



The info on where to look in the Group Policy is also useful because stuff can be buried deeply there and hard to find so a little navigation help is good...
