Or maybe it's just another easy way to make Acrobat break. They seem to enjoy doing that. <g>

Distiller/AdobePDF is one such, and in fact this is the trick to getting links in PDF to work when using PDFMaker from Word. You set the custom size up in the driver, then open the document in Word, choose File, Print, pick the PDF driver, set properties, choose the custom size, then CLOSE the Word print dialog w/o printing. THEN you can go into Page Setup and choose the custom size and it all works.

Baroque? Nah, not a bit of it. Rococo. That's the ticket.
