Do you need a book? The change from CS to CS2 is not that big. I can see getting a book if you are coming from Pagemaker or Quark, but between versions the help files should be enough.

Most CS2 books will be rewrites of a CS book anyway, with a few new additions to deal with new features. I bet checking the "new features" file that comes with CS2, and then reading help files on those features will do about as much as getting a new book.
