If the colors are CMYK I don't think they'll come into the QX color list. If, however, they're named RGB, Pantone or other spot color, they should import. I'd first check to see if the AI colors are CMYK or spot. If they're CMYK, you may have to note their CMYK percentages and build them from scratch in QX.
