Opera demise
Version 10 of Opera is being a real clunker for me. For example, I can no longer create a bookmark by dragging from the address bar into an empty bookmark folder. The key word here is "empty." With folders that already have bookmarks, I still can't drag unless I position the mouse pointer over an existing bookmark so an underline appears. My bookmarks are displayed in Split View, btw.
Also, with flash popup windows, the bar above the Window no longer looks like a normal Windows window. It has a colorless bar on the top, no minimize control, and once it's maximized it can't be brought back to an intermediate size. I dutifully turned in bug reports, but as of 10.53 neither is fixed. I've been using Opera since version 6, and this is the first time things are broken for me. |
