Default Critique Podcast Logo

I got in touch with a local psyche therapist who's working on a psychology podcast. He wanted me to make a logo and now we're building the set for his YouTube podcast. I've never done production design before, but I'm a visual artist, so it's been a lot of fun so far.

Anyway, attached is the final logo, which he's very happy with. My only concern is that the text might be too thin for small scale. The website is in development, and with the logo in the top corner in the current layout, you can't read it on a mobile device. Of course for abbreviation (favicon, etc), we'd just use the illustration from the center of the logo. Feedback would be appreciated.
