It'd be worth checking whether Quite Imposing can do what you're after.;
Another way to turn around it is merging the file with data merge in indesign but i am not sure if i can use data merge for pdf docs, i managed to do it with psd, and jpg but cannot merge with pdf docs. Any idea if there is a method to do data merge with pdf's in indesign please?
