Default Free type editor, photo effects

Type light is a free OpenType font editor. (Windows)

Xenretro creates retro effects on photos including light leaks, color dynamics, etc. (multiple OS)

I have not tested either.

The font editor looks interesting...many eons ago, I used something that allowed me to mod/edit one of my favorite fonts to bump up the darker/bold version (it is a TT font) because some update--can't remember whether it was OS or software--mucked up the existing bold. Can't remember what I used. I'd love to find something that would allow me access (on Win7) to my multiple master Tekto.
