Did you clear any cookies that might have been set???

One thing I've found annoying is that the newer laptops I've seen do not have any ports--specifically usb--at the back of the laptop and while this allows the cover to be bent back almost flat, I find that using the usb ports on the side of the laptop often interferes when using a mouse. I don't know if anyone makes laptops with usb ports at the back but it might be worth looking at.

I think 14" is a bit small for the screen and that 15"-15.6" screens work better for me...

By the way...did you browse around Dell's outlet pages? Sometimes you can find very good deals there...
