I'd use Adobe Illustrator for jobs like that, but I'd do it because that's the software I have as part of the Adobe Creative Suite. And I'm also a Mac user.

Are you happy with the software you've been using, or does it have limitations that make you want to change? If so, can you let us know what they are, or why you are considering a change?
