Thanks for all the details -- they are remarkable!

Sorry you had to put up with some really unnecessary comments over on CompuServe .....

One thing to bear in mind if you run the NR&R Tool is if you are still using a previous generation -- it will always download and install the current versions regardless of which version you have installed eg 2013/V20 at present.

So if you wish to stay with an earlier version don't use that tool but ask us in Norton for a link to download the version you want. We have links to older versions -- this can matter a lot to those who use the Norton Identity Safe for logins since the local on your hard drive and accessible by user version is not in the current version unless you do an on-top upgrade from the version that has it.

But if you are on NAV I'm not sure if Identity Safe is in that or not ... I think not.
