Tabs are always as full as your window. I use full screen on my tablet (no choice, LOL) but on my computer I use just slightly less than full screen in order to have access to my desktop shortcuts without having to minimize or close the browser. I use most applications fullscreen but I'm usually multitasking when I'm browsing. Multitasking is easier on the tablet than on my computer but I still love tabs in my browser.
