Default Spybot Professional vs. Home Edition

I was using Spybot Home Edition, and more recently I tried the Professional Edition trial version, but I never bought the software. I have two Windows XP Pro desktop computers, a Windows 7 laptop and a Windows 8 laptop, but I am a retired computer programmer, not doing any computer work for profit anymore.

Should I have any concern about the difference between the Professional or Home Edition Spybot software? (Professional is $99.96 for 4 computers, and Home Edition is $55.96 for four computers.)

Incidentally, the Spybot Pro removed malware software my wife accidentally installed, and I was unable to remove until I found advice online to use Spybot for the purpose. Good work, Spybot!
