Default Also need to share my new skills...

Our graphic designer left in February so I finally hunkered down to start learning PhotoShop (I have training in layout and design from my MBA program, but never did much with it. I was still using PaintShopPro version 5 until last spring.)

So, our redesign includes a header for each topic. The header images can be generic based on the office or specific for a topic. Here are three of our top level pages that went live yesterday. (We still have one office left to convert...Realty...but almost everything else is done after a 3.5 year effort.)

And yes, I did the header images for all three of these. (Pats self on back; the one for Environment is my favorite; the home page and Planning are good enough, but we don't have nearly as many images available other than Environment.)
