groucho: Dragging with a mouse--but you still have to drag it OVER something. And then there's usually a hint because things move
I was scrolling and/or moving the mouse around in Explorer or File (open, save, whatever) view and things (files, folders whatever) would just disappear. Changing the "Dragwidth" and "DragHeight" settings for the mouse stopped the behavior.

If you don't experience it under Windows 7, consider yourself lucky...'-}}
