I'd never refused a package before so it's good to know USPS handles it in the similar way to UPS.

Newegg told me that if the package were delivered to contact them, they would give me an RMA (with, I think, a pre-paid shipping label) and I could take it to a local UPS store. I decided to do the note just so I could catch the delivery person but I think because I put the UPS tracking number, my name and address and signed the note that was all he needed to make it an official delivery refused.
