Interesting. I found out that even though X1 does not officially support the old Qualcomm Eudora, it can be turned on. You just locate the program's file called X1IndexService.ini. Open it, and at the end of the [General] section add: Eudora=1.

I got this tip from their tech support. I also poked around this ini file and noticed X1 had already discovered where Eudora, and had various other settings for it. So this is probably a legacy ability from years ago.
