Default Please check speed of my site

Would you please connect to the URL below and tell me if the forum loads quickly? It has been sluggish for me most of the time in the last week or so.

It loads in about the same time as other sites. I'm currently on a satellite connection, so everything drags, but yours is no worse than most others.

Chrome showed it as a bit slow to start, but then the whole page appeared quite quickly. Nothing to be concerned about, certainly.

Same as the others, Andrew. DSL line, moderate laptop, no fire breather, no slouch. Five seconds or a bit more from click here to loaded page in a new browser tab in Opera. A wee bit faster in MSIE8 in a new session.

Thanks, everyone. I've been on touch with my web host he isn't seeing a problem either. He looked at a couple trace routes I sent him and suggested that a hop called networklayer might be causing the problem on the route I'm taking. So now I guess I have to contact my ISP and ask them to check with networklayer.

Speed's fine here in Oregon -- Firefox 8 on a Mac Pro over Comcast.

I ran it through the HTML validator at W3C, and it found six coding errors, but none that should affect page load time.
