Default Where to store OS9 fonts in Tiger

OK, I'm going to spend next weekend converting one of our G4s to Tigger. In an ideal world I won't have OS9 on it at all, but where should I stick OS9 fonts?

What do you mean by “OS9 fonts”?

Are you thinking of Geneva, Monaco, and so on? If you do not run Classic (or OS 9 any other way) you won’t need them.

If you want to use them in OS X (I always keep Geneva and Monaco around because they work so well on-screen), just put them wherever you have your OS X fonts.

The only ones that will not work properly in OS X (I think) are the MM fonts. Those may need conversion to instances of various weights, widths, whatevers if you want to continue to use them.

Or am I misunderstanding your question?
