Default Fast Fourier Transform, Anyone?

Anyone here doing Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) filtering on images? If so, do you have a filter you recommend. One that runs on Windows.

I just noticed that I overlooked your question. Sorry about that. Also, I got sidetracked with other things and stopped looking for FFT information. But, I recently stumbled over this tutorial while looking for something else. It shows FFT being used to remove most of the paper texture from a scan of a photo.
