Default Phone/fax line sharing device

Right now I have two separate phone lines for my business voice phone and my fax. I need to get rid of one phone line, so I need to figure out how to get the phone and fax to play nice together on one line.

Technically, I can set up the fax to share the line, but it will not work with my business line's voice mail, so that's not an option. I've found various gizmos online that claim to allow line sharing that works with voice mail, but some of them are pretty expensive.

No point in wasting money on a cheaper device if it doesn't work. I'm not finding much in the way of user reviews.

Any suggestions? FWIW, I have FiOS phone lines.
