If you're seeing the list at the left on a phone or mobile device, the browser's ignoring the "Have I got a CSSweet deal for you!" notice in the HTML.

And it'd be the fault of the browser, not the phone/device. The phone is just the computer that's running the browser software. In fact, I can see two views of the site on the same phone; Blackberry's browser ignores the optimized CSS, Opera Mini displays it.
