None that I can find, nor is there one in Vista. Alt + Up Arrow gets you there in either. But not in XP, drat.

Thanks for asking. I'd never have discovered that one otherwise.

Both Vista and Win7 do offer another feature, though. In the thing that looks like a browser's address bar at the top, you get "breadcrumbs" ... a trail showing the folders you've drilled down through to get where you are. You can click any of them to climb back up directly to that folder rather than having to click up a number of times. Handy if you're not too many folders deep.

In Control Panel, Folder Options, you can enable menus, which puts File, Edit, View, Tools and Help menu items near the top of folder windows. I like having these available.
