Default B&H guy who was on CompuServe

Anybody remember the name of the B&H guy who used to hang out on CompuServe and make sure folks who ran into snags got taken care of? I'm thinking Harold Posner ... but not feeling certain of that.

With a little help from Google ... it's Henry Posner.

I don’t remember the name, and wonder if he was most active only on Photo forum. I do find a thread on Photo Net forum in which he participated, but it was in 2001. Still, you might ask over there. (I semi-remember that the Photo forum people may have started a web forum, and Photo Net may be it.)

It refers to a pro photo (and audio) store on 9th Avenue in NYC.

Probably only on Photo. I know that's where I saw his posts. Thought there might be others here who'd hung out both places.

And I was thinking it was Bell and Howell. Good to know.

Thanks, Henry. I got my problem resolved by the initial rep, though I did invoke your mangled name in the process. Apologies for the slippery memory.
