Default Free Web Hosting

Here's a site that lists free web hosts. http://www.free-webhosts.com/. I clicked on the first one, which happens to be SixServe

and here's what it says:

Quote:
Features:
100% Free Hosting - Instant Setup
Unlimited Disk Space
Unlimited Bandwidth
cPanel + Fantastico
Choice of using a free sub-domain or your own domain
Incredible Support
Friendly Community
Daily Offsite Backups
3 Super-Fast Servers
What's the catch, besides it looking too good to be true. It has a control panel, no forced ads, I can use my own domain. Maybe no FTP?

Or if you don't like this one, there's MegaByte. It has a rating of 100.

What's the deal with all of these?
