Default Typography soap

Thanks to a tip on Typo-L I am able to alert you to a new product: a bar of “typography soap.”

Creator Debbie Chialtas plans to sell the soap at some point. For now you can admire (or buy) some of her other glycerine soap products, including these Soapsicles, from shop.

Default Update

Ten bars of the typography soap will be available beginning May 18 for $10/bar. This is a limited edition proposition.

So if you are interested in owning one, mark your calender, and visit the the Soap Lab store promptly.

You can also view her other art soaps there — they look lovely. All those are sold out, however.

I like that one, and Orange You Cute as well. (Am distracted by the stick in the more transparent ones, though I shouldn’t be.)

Maybe there will be one left the next day. Or maybe they all go pouf in a nano-second, so it wouldn’t matter (although you would be up earlier than the rest of the us).

I was thinking that's a bit rich for my budget but then I thought about using it decoratively in my bathroom so perhaps I may try to snag one...'-}}

I think it comes in a presentation package and could be kept around as an art object. Thinking of it that way, the $10 isn’t so bad — what other art can you get for that sort of money today? <g>
