Default MacBook hard drive replacement

It looks like time I upgraded the hard drive on my MacBook Pro 17" Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz (Santa Rosa). I'm thinking of getting one of these.

Any comments or suggestions - other than it looks like a difficult operation to replace the hard drive in one of these.
