Default Painter 11

Corel released Painter 11 a few days ago. I no longer keep up with Painter, so maybe someone else will comment.

I also noticed a program called Corel Painter Sketch Pad. The box looks sort of like Poser, but the product is not described that way.

And, of course there is also Painter Essentials 4

Hi there Andrew,

How are you doing?

I find it hard to keep up with Corel's constant updates - I got Painter X a while ago and have only started to get the hang of it and now another version comes along! I got Photo Painter Essentials 4 free with the latest PSP (X2), and have done a few "paintings" with it. I don't like X2 though - it is very buggy about saving artwork at the correct DPI, and I wasted hours doing some business cards and invoices last week with over-large bitmaps (72DPI, not 300 as specified). Ended up doing the resizing in PSP 7, which I know and trust!

I'm doing a little better, thank you. Still having lots of trouble, but the small improvement is making a big difference.
