Bloomin' Quark. Try checking the following in the Print dialog:
- Use the correct PPD
- Set Halftoning to Conventional, not Printer
- Make sure picture output is set to Normal
- Turn off that damn OPI nonsense (unactivate it in Xtensions)
- Use the correct colour profile
