Microsoft products still ask to be fed at inconvenient times. The other day a tech and I were trying to solve a connection mystery between two servers in different buildings. All of a sudden we were rudely interrupted by a demand to insert a Windows Server CD into the drive of one of the servers. The one in the other building, of course...
