Default Library Thing Early Reviewers Book

In the Land of Invisible Women: A Female Doctor's Journey in the Saudi Kingdom by Qanta A. Ahmed.

This book was offered in Adobe PDF format to 2,500 Early Reviewers at Library Thing. However, several of the Early Reviewers are annoyed by the prominent watermark on every page of the book beyond the first one, and others are annoyed by the security setting that keeps them from printing out the book to read on paper.

The future of distributing books in electronic form is still uncertain, but this particular example shows that there are still some obstacles to overcome.

As an Early Reviewer, I downloaded the book, but I am unsure just how much of it I will read in its present form. Early Reviewers are all expected to submit written reviews in exchange for their free books, but this particular book may not get reviewers to follow through in the way that paper books have been reviewed.
