Default Computer Steganography

So has it been established or not -- are terrorists using computer steganography on the internet?

Other than for protecting copyrights, I don't know that using this type of communication has real practical benefits for anything. I'm not in any type of underground. Might make an interesting hobby. Maybe I won't buy the software.
