Thanks for the info. I did solve the problem by increasing the document size so I had plenty of room all the way around. I printed the 1/4 page ad and the border was fine on all sides. So pulled in the right border slightly by adjusting the width value numbers and this seemed to work. I really won't know 100% until I see the ad in print. Even if the tiny tiny tiny white space on the right shows in the magazine, I don't think it will be noticeable. It was only slightly noticeable to me when I increased the view to 4000%. We shall see...

document size?

example 4.25 x 5.5 portrait
make a box 3.75 5
click centerering
make x=2.125
make y=2.5
bring image to front.

that would do it i think. what ever you do make the board bigger by .125 and center the smaller size finished add.
