My favorite has always been Hammermill Laser Print. Very smooth, crisp finish, very high on the brightness scale, decent heft to it. Yes, it costs more than thinner, rougher, less bright stock and you probably don't want to use it for printing receipts for online purchases and joke email from the relatives, but it delivers when you really need something to be crisp and impressive.
