The only faces at all like Cooper Black (that I can think of) are Pabst (sort of) and Chank Diesel’s Rosemary (harder-edged). But those are both commercial fonts.

Do you have Souvenir Bold? If your client isn’t too fussy, that might do.

We discussed Cooper Black once before, and I listed the Bitstream possibilities: “free ‘Cooper Black’ look-alike?

That might help if you have Corel products with which many Bitstream fonts were bundled.
